In all seriousness though, this mod is literally empty. This gay Isaac mod is transformative in its discoveries of the game under a new lens. It looks to transcend human disposition by taking the child Isaac, and reimaging the game as if he were a homosexual. I can’t really think of a good reason for this existing, but I sure am glad it does.
